No person(s) involved directly or indirectly with the installation, use, or operation of the Baron Blakeslee and Enviro Tech International manufactured equipment shall proceed with installation, use or operation before studying and understanding thoroughly the contents of the Baron Blakeslee M-Line Manual and all other publications pertaining to the equipment and/or any materials used with or in the equipment, such as material safety data sheets, safety labels and technical data sheets.  The purchaser retains all responsibility in regard to Right to Know Laws, OSHA, and EPA Regulations for any contractor or employee involved.
