Baron Blakeslee Monorail Degreasers are custom designed for each customer’s application for maximum throughput, cleaning efficacy, solvent economy and footprint.  These units can be connected to your existing plant’s monorail conveyor or be a dedicated freestanding system.  Monorail systems are ideal for degreasing high volume parts that tend to nest and subsequently transfer to another automated process, such as applying coatings or painting.  Systems may include spray-in-air as well as immersion applications for coating, stripping, etching, etc.  Applied heat can be selected from gas, steam, or electric.  Numerous options are available to further enhance the machine’s functionality.
