The MLW has the capability to clean and remove chips or particulate, rinse, inhibit rust and dry a variety of parts manufactured from metals or plastic that require immersion cleaning and cannot be rotated or tumbled.
Cleaning and rinsing takes place by automatically immersing the work to be cleaned in solution and agitating it to remove oils, grease or other forms of contamination. The MLW systems are completely modular so extra tanks or other options can be added to customize the MLW to fit your process requirements. Units can optionally be totally enclosed with automation to process the work as well as shield and isolate the process from personnel and the workspace.
