Using a unique material handling system with a combination of inline chain drive and stainless steel baskets that rotate and agitate the parts, the Cross-Rod Degreaser will clean and degrease hard to clean parts, such as those with complex surfaces, blind holes and crevices.  Due to the automated, continuously moving nature of the design, complex parts can be cleaned at high throughput levels with the Cross-Rod system.

Cross-Rod systems can be combined with automation and solvent recovery stills to maximize solvent conservation as well as shield and isolate workers and ambient air from the solvent cleaning process.
