Our parent company, Enviro Tech International, Inc., is located in Melrose Park, IL just down the street from where Baron Blakeslee’s former manufacturing plant was located. While we no longer manufacture equipment in Melrose Park, we still maintain a local presence from which to support our customers both present and future from a centralized location.

Enviro Tech acquired the FARR Manufacturing & Engineering company in February 2007 and shifted the Baron Blakeslee Division’s production to West Virginia shortly thereafter. FARR had previously acquired the Detrex Equipment Division in 2002, which was prior to that time the largest competitor of Baron Blakeslee. With this acquisition, Baron Blakeslee now possesses the capability to engineer and produce the highest quality industrial solvent cleaning and accessory equipment in any configuration imaginable.

At Baron Blakeslee’s technical center resides the knowledge, experience and expertise behind Baron Blakeslee’s equipment. Many of the engineers in our tech center were formerly Detrex Equipment Division employees. This wealth of resources has been merged with Baron Blakeslee to create an engineering group with unprecedented capability to design custom equipment and provide technical support for existing customers.
